Return Process

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
